𝐁𝐍𝐁𝐖𝐔 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲: 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐱 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

In continuation of the efforts of Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, Vice Chancellor, The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University (BNBWU), Sukkur, to promote academic excellence, competitive exposure and student achievement, BNBWU students secured an impressive six positions at the All Pakistan Economics Competition (APEC’26), organized by the Young Economists Society-YES Govt. Graduate College Jaranwala. Around 250 students from universities and colleges across Pakistan participated in the national-level competition, including institutions such as NUST, COMSATS, SZABIST, NED University, University of Karachi, GCU Faisalabad, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Lahore Garrison University and Rawalpindi Women University.

Under the supervision of Associate Prof. Dr. Noor Ahmed Brohi, Chairperson, Department of Management Sciences & Technology, Marium Shaikh secured 1st Position in Research Proposal and 3rd Position in Documentary Competition; Iqra Majeed Shaikh secured 2nd Position in Personal Statement and 2nd Position in Research Proposal; Fatima Mariyam secured 1st Position in Essay Writing; and Neha Sohu secured 1st Position in Personal Statement. In addition, Marium Shaikh was declared “Best Ambassador”, while Dr. Noor Ahmed Brohi received the “Best Coordinator” award. These achievements reflect BNBWU’s growing national academic presence and the outstanding talent, preparation and commitment of its students and faculty.
