𝐁𝐍𝐁𝐖𝐔 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐔 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬

Under the visionary leadership of Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, Vice Chancellor, The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University (BNBWU), Sukkur, and her commitment to strengthening academia-industry linkages, BNBWU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Noor Rice Mills to create educational and professional opportunities for female students.

The partnership aims to provide scholarships for deserving female students from District Dadu and offer paid internship opportunities at Noor Rice Mills’ Karachi office, enabling students to gain valuable industry exposure and practical experience. Dr. Nabiha Arain and Mr Atif Riaz represented BNBWU during the signing ceremony, while Mr. Altaf Shaikh, Managing Director, represented Noor Rice Mills.

This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to promoting women’s education, skill development, and career readiness. The initiative marks another significant step in BNBWU’s ongoing efforts to connect students with industry partners and equip them with the knowledge, skills, and professional exposure necessary to excel in their future careers.
