𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: 𝐁𝐍𝐁𝐖𝐔 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

Reflecting the vision of Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, Vice Chancellor, BNBWU, for strong institutional governance, fiscal discipline and sustainable growth, The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur presented a surplus budget for FY 2026–27 at its 9th Finance and Planning Committee (FPC) Meeting held on 27 June 2026. The Committee reviewed the Actual Financial Position for FY 2025–26 and Budget Estimates for FY 2026–27, highlighting prudent resource management while supporting the University’s continued academic and institutional expansion.

The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. A.Q. Mughal, former Vice Chancellor and Professor of Research, Greenwich University Karachi; Prof. Dr. Shahzad Naseem, Dean, FMIST, BNBWU; Mr. Feroze Ahmed Mahar, Director Finance, Sindh Higher Education Commission; and Mr. Sarfaraz Ahmed Tunio, Director Finance, BNBWU. The surplus budget reflects BNBWU’s continued focus on financial sustainability, transparency and responsible institutional governance under the leadership of the Vice Chancellor.
